Which was the smallest dinosaur?

One of the smallest known dinosaurs is Compsognathus from the Upper Jurassic of Bavaria and Southern France. Two reasonably well preserved skeletons are known, both seem to be of adult animals, and their length is in the region of 0.7-1 metre. This may well have been the smallest size of any adult dinosaur.
